All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@stacktrace.shop.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or made-to-order products
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please ensure you select the correct size and product before purchasing.

If your claim is approved:
